L’Outhé is operated from Lisbon, Portugal. These Terms of Service apply to your use of leouthe.eu, customer accounts, checkout, order communication, and related public communications from L’Outhé.

Product information and health disclaimer
L’Outhé offers Taiwan tea, teaware, and Tea-Cocktail recipe content. Product descriptions, tasting notes, preparation suggestions, recipe ideas, and educational content are provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on the website, in email, or in product materials constitutes personalized health, dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. Product information should not be interpreted as a recommendation regarding the prevention, treatment, or management of any medical condition. Consumers with specific dietary needs, allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions should consult a qualified professional before consumption.
Accounts and order formation
You may create an account to manage checkout, addresses, and order history. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring that account, address, billing, and contact information is accurate.
An order is submitted when you complete checkout. We may confirm, decline, cancel, or refund an order where payment is not completed, stock is unavailable, delivery information is incomplete, fraud checks require it, or an obvious pricing or product error has occurred. A contract for goods is formed when we confirm the order and payment according to the checkout flow.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Shipping, delivery restrictions, payment method availability, taxes, and discounts are shown during checkout where applicable. Payment must be completed using the available checkout methods before an order is prepared or shipped, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Wholesale or on-trade pricing, samples, payment terms, and availability may differ from direct-to-consumer checkout and are handled through trade communication.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping information, available destinations, estimated preparation, and delivery details are provided on the Shipping page and during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier handling, customs, address issues, weather, operational constraints, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Please contact support@leouthe.eu as soon as possible if your delivery information is incorrect or if a shipment appears delayed, damaged, or missing.
Withdrawal, returns, and legal guarantee
For eligible consumer distance purchases in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day goods are delivered, subject to legal exceptions. Some goods may not be eligible for return after opening, unsealing, use, damage, or where hygiene, safety, customization, or product condition rules apply.
Returned goods should be sent back promptly, complete, and in suitable condition. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law or our written communication states otherwise. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to non-conforming goods and any applicable legal guarantee.
Wholesale and on-trade inquiries
Wholesale, stockist, hospitality, bar, restaurant, cafe, and on-trade discussions are business inquiries and do not create a supply agreement unless confirmed in writing. Product availability, territories, pricing, samples, materials, and payment terms may be reviewed case by case.
Trade materials may be provided for business evaluation only and should not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission.
Intellectual property
The L’Outhé name, website copy, product presentation, photography, layout, recipes, graphics, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to L’Outhé unless otherwise stated. You may view and use the website for personal or business evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or create derivative brand materials without written permission.
Any third-party marks, platforms, payment services, or social media names remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
We aim to keep product, availability, pricing, and website information accurate, but errors, interruptions, or temporary unavailability may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, L’Outhé is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed communication, carrier issues, or reliance on general informational content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or remedies available for non-conforming goods.
